Students will do an introductory study of reflex points on the hands and feet in correlation to where these points can be found on the body. Students will also review the bones and muscles in both the hands and feet.

This class focuses on a technique using the fingers and thumbs similar to other classes. It will include working with specific medical conditions mentioned on the clients information form. Students will do a review of anatomy and physiology as well as reflex points on the hands and feet in correlation to where these points can be found on the body. Practice time will be given to routine treatments of various ailments. Between the 2 weekends, each student will be expected to perform 4 sessions outside of class. There will be a written and practicum exam on the last Sunday. The "Better Health with Foot Reflexology" is our study book and a wonderful resource book for one's library.
